Initial Booking Consultation:  30-45 minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

Essentials Visit:  Minimum 20 Minutes
Our” short and sweet” visit that allows for feedings, fresh water, administering medications, a short walk or fresh air and outdoor play time. Most dogs need 2-4 sits per day. Cats do well with 1-2.

Stay and Play Visit:  Minimum 45 Minutes
Best for long walks, a friendly companion or playtime. Perfect for multiple pets, pets with special diets or special needs. We also have experience in caring for larger animals such as horses and livestock. House maintenance can be included in this visit. Lawn and plant watering, mail and paper retrieval, blind rotation, light adjustment and more.

Pet Taxi
This service is perfect for those who work long hours and are in need of help getting their pets to and from grooming or vet appointments. Our Pet Taxi service will pick up your pet and safely get them to their destination on time. When their visits are complete we bring them home groomed and well! If you are in need of other destination pick up or drop offs, just ask!

Midday-Earlyday- Lateday- Anyday- Walks
The much needed walk! We can do that! We are available even if they only need a walk! Life is busy, we understand. At the end of your busy day- it might be the furthest thing from your mind. We come to you, will walk your pet and return them home tired. “Because a good dog is a tired dog”!

Important Terms

• Payment is due before service starts. ( Initial Consultation)
• A separate signed & completed Service Contract is also due for each service, before each service start.
• With permission you may leave a check in full and the completed Service Request for the first visit. However, your pet sitter must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either item.

No extra charges for multiple pets.

AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT CHARGE OUR CLIENTS FOR TRAVEL AND MILEAGE. WHILE MA AND PAWS AWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY IN THE FUTURE AND WILL GIVE OUR CLIENTS SUFFICIENT NOTICE IN DOING SO.

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time then scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Mail services, yard pickup, watering and other average tasks are included in base price.
